Human Resources Management in business is a program for those who have +1 year of experience in managing people and want to grow professionally in this area. This is a program for all who want to gain and systematize the increasingly complex knowledge and tools needed in the HR sphere and to further their understanding of business in general. It is developed on the basis of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in London) competence map and strives for the development of 10 main competency areas which are necessary for managers in providing effective human resources management.

STRUCTURE OF THE PROGRAM
  • 6 educational modules (each module consists of 3 days and lasts from Thursday to Saturday, helds once or twice every month)
  • workshops, aimed at the development of soft skills
  • visits to several companies
  • case studies and group work

Participants who have attended at least 10 of the 14 courses will receive a certificate from Lviv Business School of UCU (LvBS) at the end of the program
