Academic Experience
  • Iryna, a lecturer at the UCU Business School, assumed the position of Director of the MA program in Human Resources and Organization Development at the UCU Business School starting in the academic year 2022. She is also a graduate of this program.
  • She specializes in topics such as people management, building HR functions, organizational development, management competency development, ensuring diversity and inclusivity principles, building meaningful organizational platforms, and developing and implementing organizational development strategies.
  • Since 2018, Iryna has been a co-founder and Director of Strategic Development at Superwise, a strategic support bureau where she provides consulting services to companies on strategy building, people management, and team development. The bureau’s client portfolio includes small and large businesses from various industries such as retail, IT, manufacturing, HoReCa, advertising, video production, medical facilities, logistics, architecture, cultural and social projects, volunteer associations, city communities, and non-governmental organizations, as well as governmental structures and more.
  • She is a co-founder of the “Your Family Doctor” project, which aims to change public perception regarding citizens’ attitude towards their health. Within the project, she, along with the team, developed the model of “soft skills for a family doctor” and an e-learning course, which is hosted on the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU) platform.
  • She is a moderator, trainer, and facilitator of discussion clubs, webinars, and strategic sessions within the project. In 2021, the project received an Effie award for the case “Creating a Community of Primary Care Physicians.”
  • From 2019 to 2021, I worked as the Manager of the People Advisory Services department at EY Ukraine. I was a co-author of the HR Certification Program by EY, which is a year-long program for professionals in the field of human resource management. I also worked on the Family Business Management program and the 13 Superpowers of a Leader (leadership competencies and their development). I developed and implemented corporate training programs in both short and long-term formats. Additionally, I moderated workshops, strategic sessions, and conducted online and offline practical sessions.
  • Prior to that, I held the position of HR Director at the communication holding company Dentsu Aegis Network, where I was responsible for building HR processes, supporting transformational processes, and developing the employer brand. Under Irina’s supervision, the company received the “HR Brand” award in the Capital category for the project “Internship and Employment of Candidates with Hearing Impairments.”
