The «Transformational Leadership» course starts on January 18, 2024 with Prof. Andrii Rozhdestvenskyi.

Overview:

Day 1:

Global leadership vs. traditional leadership approach. Leadership and management;
3C leadership model Character-Competences-Commitment;
11 character virtues of the Leader. Leaders Character Development;
Introduction to the Leadership character in action. Nelson Mandela case;
Leadership and influence. Stakeholder matrix analysis. PM in trouble case.

Day 2:

Leader’s commitment. Organizational development and the role of the leader. Galbrath organizational star model. Transparency International Ukraine case;
Ethics and leadership. Toxic leadership and corruption;
Leading changes and character. IT-education case;
Asymmetric competition and leaders’ character.

Day 3:

Personnel management and situational leadership. Grint model. IT sector specifics;
Developing employees. New CEO case;
Leading through a coaching approach;
Be a better leader – a personal development plan.

We remind you that besides the course «Transformational Leadership», the Certification Program in Technology Management also includes the following courses:
